Why Doesn’t the Meander Template Have Registration Marks?

Since each quilter may prefer different spacing, the meander template doesn’t have registration marks for pattern spacing.

Use a marker

To create your own registration marks, we recommend using a marker to draw across the edges of aligned templates.

“Using a marker” means to actually mark on the template where you want the next row to line up. I would then place my stylus at that point on the template. I would roll my quilt and once my needle is lined up with the pattern I just quilted on the quilt, I would lock in the roller, move my stylus to the template grove and now my proper spacing should be set.
